ITA Trombone Quartet Competition

Combined ages of the members may not exceed 100 (no individual member may exceed 28 years of age) (birth date of January 1, 1981 or later).

First Prize - $1000 Cash Prize, donated by the International Trombone Association

General Rules and Requirements

• The 2010 ITA Competitions General Rules and Requirements must be strictly followed to avoid disqualification.

Additional Rules

• Members of the 2006, 2007, 2008 or 2009 winning quartets are not eligible to participate in the 2010 ITA Trombone Quartet Competition.

• No quartet personnel changes for the final competition round are permitted under any circumstances. If a finalist group is unable to be present at the ITF, an alternate group may be selected. Presentation of a valid photo ID will be required of each performer immediately prior to the final competition in Austin, Texas, USA..
