ITF2004

After 3 years of planning, ITF2004 closed in spectacular fashion on June
19th. In five short days, one of the most diverse and eclectic festivals
ever produced, with 71 performances to over 800 trombonists, demonstrated
that trombone performance, literature, pedagogy and research are alive
and kicking! Our thanks to all the performers, their sponsors, the exhibitors,
and all participants for attending. Finally, ITA offers its sincere thanks
to Hal Reynolds (host) and the staff and students of Ithaca College who
made it all possible.
A full review of the festival, including pictures and video clips, will
be available over the coming weeks. See you in New Orleans, May 25-28,
